Flowing yoga vinyasas incorporating elements of pilates and dance to energise, strengthen and lengthen the body.
A complete mind body spirit class.
Each class begins with warm ups incorporating flowing movements, this is followed by flowing yoga vinyasas and standing postures, with emphasis on correct alignment. Sanskrit terminology is used.
The next section of the class is on the mat, working on our core strength and incorporating mat work to lengthen and tone legs, bums and tums.
A complete mind, body and spirit class... Be prepared to work hard and have lots of fun!!
Everybody is welcome - although some yoga or pilates experience is preferable.
